HCA plans RTB monitoring and consents 'notification regime'

Development of a consents ‘notification regime’ and a process to monitor the implementation of the voluntary right to buy (RTB) are among the English housing regulator’s immediate priorities after the Housing and Planning Bill received Royal Assent this week.
