Regulator: strategic challenges likely to drive more mergers in coming years

Social housing is likely to see “quite a lot of mergers coming down the track” in the next few years, as organisations seek to address the sector’s strategic challenges, a senior figure at the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has said.
