Lease-based specialist housing model called into question by regulator in ‘lessons learned’ report

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has today published an addendum to its 2018 Sector Risk Profile, focusing on “recurring factors” contributing to the non-compliance of several lease-based providers of specialised supported housing.
