Levelling up: 80/20 rule scrapped and £16bn of LGPS to be mobilised for ‘local projects’

The government has unveiled its plans to ‘level up’ investment around the UK, including changes to the way government funding in housing supply is distributed and a plan to divert more investment by council pension schemes into local projects.
