National Housing Bank expected to deploy funding in first five years, with ‘soft’ guidelines on annual spend

The National Housing Bank (NHB) expects to deploy its circa £16bn firepower of grant, equity, debt and guarantees within the first half of its 10-year programme, a senior director has said.
