For-profit RP converts to community benefit society as regulator finds it non-compliant

A for-profit registered provider of specialist supported housing has converted to a community benefit society, as it addresses governance and viability concerns raised by the English regulator, set out in a ‘non-compliant’ regulatory notice issued today.
