Golding Homes breached standard over insufficient data and ‘large number’ of overdue safety actions

A housing association in South East England breached the Home Standard after it failed to complete a large number of remedial actions arising from electrical safety checks and fire risk assessments (FRAs), the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has concluded.
