South West landlord delayed investment work to cover cost of cladding removal

Plymouth Community Housing (PCH) has revealed that it delayed “significant contracts for investment” in its stock of low-rise housing to allow it to cover the cost of removing and replacing ACM cladding on three of its tower blocks.
