Sanctuary Group and Galliford Try Partnerships have settled on a fourth scheme for their ongoing joint venture partnership.
The plan to build 375 new homes in Leamington Spa is the latest in an ongoing “strategic partnership” between the large housing association and regeneration specialist.
It means almost 1,000 homes are being delivered through the joint venture partnership.
The site is at Europa Way in the Warwickshire town and will include 150 affordable homes and 225 homes to be sold on the open market.
Sanctuary and Galliford Try are also on site building 251 new homes in Biddenham, Bedfordshire, a further 219 in Brampton, near Cambridge, and 135 in Greenwich.
