The Social Housing Pension Scheme (“SHPS”) valuation results are due to be published later this month so Social Housing is hosting a roundtable session which aims to answer any questions you have about both SHPS and its Scottish counterpart, Scottish Housing Associations’ Pension Scheme (SHAPS). Katy Taylor, housing lead at pensions advisory firm Isio who will be on hand to talk about how the schemes are set up, what challenges they face as a result of the pandemic and the long-term funding of the defined benefit pensions.
