L&Q sells PRS business to Morgan Stanley’s investment arm and partner for £1bn

G15 landlord L&Q has completed the sale of its private rented sector (PRS) business for just over £1bn to the investment arm of US financial services giant Morgan Stanley and a London-based investment firm.
