MPs’ report: ‘properly motivated and regulated’ investors offer ‘real opportunity’ for housing

A new select committee report has concluded that “properly motivated and regulated” private investors present a “real opportunity” for building social housing, while encouraging government to assess the role that private investment can play in meeting net zero.
