Colne placed on credit rating watch list as S&P cites ‘positive implications’ of Greenfields merger

Standard and Poor’s (S&P) has placed Essex-based Colne Housing on its CreditWatch list in view of “positive implications” arising from its approved merger with Greenfields Community Housing, which will see it quadruple in size.
