S&P: HAs ‘largely resilient to short-term economic difficulties’ but sales hit could lower ratings

Credit ratings agency Standard & Poor’s (S&P) has said that adequate liquidity, government support and the counter-cyclical nature of its services will enable social housing providers to offset short-term economic difficulties posed by the coronavirus crisis.
