North Yorkshire landlord raises £75m under guarantee scheme

North Yorkshire landlord Broadacres Housing Association has raised £75m under the Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme (AHGS) to invest in its existing homes and support the development of almost 200 new affordable homes.
