Peabody insists it is ‘well prepared’ for Awaab’s Law after repairs spending tops £100m

G15 landlord Peabody has said that it is “well prepared” to deal with Awaab’s Law and has made “appropriate financial provision” after the delayed first phase of the legislation took effect last month.
