Rayner: decade of unmatched certainty unleashes opportunities for reform ‘including investors’

The deputy prime minister has told housing sector leaders and funders that 10 years of “certainty” delivered to the sector through the government’s long-term housing plan creates opportunities for reform, including in relation to investment.
