Regulator will ‘keep a close eye’ on stretched V2 providers, RSH chief says

The English regulator will keep a “closer eye” on providers graded V2 for financial viability where they are accompanied by G2 for governance, and separately warned landlords against chasing V1 if it doesn’t align with their priorities.
