Sector to miss EPC C target by two years with total costs approaching £10bn, says JLL

JLL has estimated that private registered providers (PRPs) will miss the target to bring all of their homes up to Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Band C by 2030 and that this target will cost up to £10bn.
