Select committee chair to chancellor: Spending Review ‘make or break’ for 1.5 million homes target

The chair of the Housing, Communities and Local Government (HCLG) Committee has told the chancellor that the upcoming Spending Review will “make or break” the government’s ability to meet its 1.5 million homes target.
