Sustainability for Housing report: ‘strong’ ESG progress with 80% of stock reaching EPC C or above

The sector has shown “strong progress” on environmental, social and governance (ESG), with 80 per cent of the almost 2.6 million homes covered by the latest Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS) report achieving Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) C or above.
