US private placement volumes ‘just scratching the surface’

The number of North American investors entering the sector through private placements may only be the tip of the iceberg, with investors relaxed about lending unsecured as long as they don’t feel subordinated, delegates at the National Housing Federation’s Housing Finance conference were told.
