Viability uplift for West Midlands HA after £600m refinance

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has regraded a 12,624-home provider operating in Telford and Wrekin to the highest viability grade, two months on from a major refinance, in one of a number of ratings uplifts in its 18 December regulatory judgements.
