Unsold shared ownership units at highest level in a decade, quarterly survey shows
The number of affordable homeownership units left unsold at the end of the first quarter (2019/20) was at the highest level in 10 years, with around half in London and the South East, a report from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published today has shown.
