Homes England pilots ‘portfolio’ approach to Affordable Homes Programme grant

Homes England has allocated almost £20m to a council as part of a pilot for a new ‘portfolio’ route to bidding for grant funding, which will be introduced in the new Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP).
