Regulator plans new electrical safety TSM amid consumer changes to boost ‘transparency’

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) is proposing to add a new electrical safety checks element to its tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) as part of a wide-ranging set of changes to its consumer standards.
